M2WIN Deposit Guide: Bank, E-Wallet & USDT

How to deposit, step by step

  1. Log in and tap Deposit.
  2. Pick a method: local bank transfer, an instant payment gateway, or USDT.
  3. Enter the amount, staying within that method's minimum and maximum (see below).
  4. Pay from an account in your own name, and keep the ATM slip or transaction reference.
  5. Submit the form. The money lands in your Main Wallet; transfer it to the game wallet you want to play.

Deposit methods and limits

  • Local bank transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong, RHB and BSN. MYR 30 to MYR 50,000 per deposit, usually credited in 3–5 minutes.
  • Instant payment gateways: OK2Pay, FPay and Help2Pay accept major Malaysian banks, DuitNow and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay and ShopeePay, from MYR 10, credited in 1–3 minutes. Singapore players can use FastPay (DBS, OCBC, UOB) from SGD 10.
  • USDT: Pay through V-Coin Pay from 10 USDT with no upper limit, credited in 5–10 minutes.

Deposit questions

What's the minimum deposit?

It depends on the method: MYR 10 through OK2Pay or FPay, MYR 30 by bank transfer, MYR 50 through Help2Pay, SGD 10 through FastPay, or 10 USDT.

How long until my deposit shows up?

Usually 1–3 minutes through a payment gateway, 3–5 minutes by bank transfer and 5–10 minutes for USDT. It can take longer when a bank's online banking is under maintenance.

Do I need proof of payment?

Yes. Keep the ATM slip or online banking reference number; support may ask for it before confirming the deposit.

Can I pay from someone else's account?

No. The name on the paying account must match your M2WIN account name, or the deposit may be held for checks.

My deposit hasn't arrived. What now?

Can I withdraw straight after depositing?
