M2WIN Withdrawal Guide: Cash-Out Steps & Limits

Cashing out at M2WIN goes straight to the bank account registered in your name, with no withdrawal fee. Most bank withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Below are the steps, the limits, and the checks that can slow a payout down.

How to withdraw, step by step

  1. Move any winnings from your game wallets back to your Main Wallet; only the Main Wallet balance can be paid out.
  2. Open the $$$ menu and choose Withdrawal.
  3. Select your registered bank account and enter the amount (minimum MYR 50 / SGD 50).
  4. Submit the request. Support will contact you if a document check is needed.
  5. Wait for the bank credit, usually 5–15 minutes. If it takes longer, message support on live chat.

Withdrawal limits and timing

  • Minimum: MYR 50 or SGD 50 per withdrawal.
  • Maximum: MYR 50,000 per bank transfer. VIP members get higher daily limits, rising from MYR 50,000 at Jade to unlimited at Royal.
  • Processing time: Usually 5–15 minutes for Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong, RHB and BSN. Larger amounts can take longer while we verify them.
  • Fees: None. M2WIN doesn't charge for withdrawals.

What do I need before I can withdraw?

Your deposit must have reached at least 1x turnover, and any bonus you accepted must have its rollover completed. The funds also need to be in your Main Wallet, not a game wallet.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Bank withdrawals usually land in 5–15 minutes. Large amounts can take longer, and we may ask for documents to confirm the request; this protects your account.

Is there a withdrawal fee?

No. You receive the full amount you withdraw.

Can I withdraw to another person's bank account?

No. Payouts only go to the bank account saved in your M2WIN profile, and the account holder's name must match your registered name.

Why was I asked for documents?

To keep your money safe, we may ask for supporting documents before releasing a withdrawal, especially a large one. Send them through live chat and the payout continues once they're checked.
